The digital IP licensing worksheet
One page for anyone who owns a course, a community, a framework or a set of templates. It walks you from the asset you already made to a rental someone would say yes to.
The short answer
The worksheet turns the renting idea into a plan on a single page: name the digital asset in one concrete line, list the businesses that already reach your people, pick the one renter with the clearest reason to say yes, draft the rental terms, and choose the first move. Add your name and email and I will send it straight over, ready to print or fill in on screen and save as a PDF.
What is on the page
The sheet is deliberately short. It asks you to name the asset in plain words, then the businesses who already stand in front of your exact audience, then the one worth approaching first. From there it helps you draft the rental terms, what they can use, for how long, and at what share, with ownership staying yours, and points you at one first move small enough to try this week.
The value is in naming the renter. Most people picture selling their work to buyers one at a time. Once you name a business that already reaches a room full of your people, the deal usually names itself.
How to use it well
Fill it in for one asset at a time, not everything you have ever made at once. Be honest about what is finished and proven rather than what you plan to build, and count the value in more than money: reach into an audience you could not gather yourself, and the trust that comes with it. When you have a draft you like, reply to the email it came in and we can pressure-test it together.
