The Deal Map worksheet

One page, four questions, and something to keep. This is the same sheet I use to find a deal sitting inside what someone already has.

The short answer

The worksheet walks you through the whole method on a single page: the side you already hold, the side you are missing, who already holds it, and the smallest first move that would start the deal. Add your name and email below and I will send it straight over, ready to print or fill in on screen and save as a PDF.

One email with your worksheet, plus the occasional note when there is something genuinely useful to share. No noise, and you can stop any time.

What is on the page

The worksheet is deliberately short. It asks you to name what you already have in plain words, then the thing you would like more of, then the kind of business or person who tends to hold the matching side. From there it points you at one first move, small enough to try this week.

The value is in the naming. Most people never write their own side down clearly, so the deal stays invisible. Once both sides are on the page, the move usually names itself.

How to use it well

Fill it in for one situation at a time, not your whole business at once. Be honest about what you actually hold rather than what you wish you had, and count the value in more than money: a warmer audience, a stronger relationship, a launch that lands better all count. When you have a draft you like, reply to the email it came in and we can pressure-test it together.
